Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays in Poland.
During periods of high demand (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.
3. Shipping Methods and Price
We offer the following delivery option within Poland:
- Parcel locker delivery (InPost) - 10 zl.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Poland: 1–2 business days
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
They depend on the selected delivery method and order value.
Free shipping may be available once a minimum order value is reached.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- A second delivery attempt may be made
- Or the parcel may be redirected to the nearest pickup point
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of a lost parcel, we will contact the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
